Registered Children's Manager
Hold the Ofsted registered manager position for our residential home, ensuring full regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and the highest standards of care for young people. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equival entrequired.
Deputy Manager Support Worker
Support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home, deputising in their absence and providing strong operational leadership across the staff team. Experience in residential childcare and a relevant Level 3 qualification required.
Children's Residential Team Leader
Lead and supervise a team of support workers on shift, acting as the responsible person in the home and supporting the development of junior staff. A strong track record in residential childcare and confident decision making under pressure are essential.
Senior Support Worker
Lead shifts and support junior staff while maintaining key worker relationships with young people. Previous experience in residential childcare required.
Registered Children's Manager
Provide day-to-day care and support to young people aged 8 to 15 with emotional and behavioural difficulties in a residential setting. Waking nights and long day shifts available.
Waking Night Support Worker
Overnight supervision and support for young people in a residential home. Ensuring a calm, safe environment through the night. Full training provided.
