Our founder spent time in the care system as a teenager. That experience is the foundation of everything we do. It taught us that the most important thing for a young person is consistency, not just a roof over their head, but a group of people who will not give up when things get difficult.
We established Care Comes First to fill the gaps we saw in traditional provision. We focus on small teams, relationship led practices, and a commitment to trauma informed support that acknowledges the past while building for the future.
